This disclaimer outlines the policy of the National Skill Education Mission (NSEM) with respect to the operation and regulation of its affiliated training centers across the country. The NSEM is committed to providing consistent, uninterrupted training to all enrolled candidates and holds all training partners accountable for the full delivery of promised curriculum, including assessments and certifications.
All NSEM training centers are strictly prohibited from discontinuing or halting any training program midway without prior approval from the governing body. The training must be conducted as per the outlined schedule and completed in accordance with the academic calendar. Under no circumstances is a center authorized to stop the course unless every enrolled student's final examination has been conducted and the certification process has been duly completed.
Training programs shall be deemed completed only after the final examinations of all participating students are held and their performance is officially evaluated. Certificates must be issued promptly upon successful evaluation. This process is essential to ensure that no candidate is left without recognition for their efforts and time invested in the course.
Each NSEM-affiliated center is accountable for the uninterrupted delivery of training modules. Failure to maintain continuity may result in penalties, disaffiliation, or legal proceedings. It is the responsibility of the center to manage resources, scheduling, and faculty such that the full curriculum is delivered without disruption.
Students have the right to complete the full duration of the training as promised at the time of enrollment. Any deviation from the standard procedure must be communicated to the students and NSEM authorities with proper justification. No student shall be denied their right to final examination or certification due to the negligence or mismanagement by the center.
The NSEM reserves the right to conduct regular and surprise audits to ensure compliance with training standards. Centers found violating the terms of this disclaimer will be subjected to corrective measures, and students affected by such violations will be provided appropriate redressal.
The final examination is a critical component of the training program. It marks the culmination of the skills imparted and validates the competence of the student. No center may claim training completion or cease operation until these exams are properly conducted and evaluated. The final certificate serves as the official acknowledgment of a student's achievement and must be issued in a timely and transparent manner.
Any student who feels their training has been disrupted or unjustly discontinued may lodge a complaint through the NSEM grievance portal. The mission is committed to ensuring justice and fair treatment for every candidate, and necessary actions will be taken against centers violating the disclaimer policies.
In the event of extraordinary situations such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures, centers must seek written consent from NSEM before suspending or altering training schedules. The training shall resume as soon as conditions permit, and the center must ensure completion within a revised timeline agreed upon with NSEM.
Non-compliance with this disclaimer by any center will attract serious consequences including suspension, cancellation of affiliation, monetary penalties, and reporting to relevant authorities. The mission prioritizes student interests above all and enforces strict measures to ensure their protection.
